Shipping & Returns
We are open and able to fulfil orders. All available products are listed online. As we do not have access to our studio due to the social distancing measures in place, all custom orders are unavailable until further notice. Orders can only be shipped to UK addresses. All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail and will be dropped off at our local postbox. Please bear in mind that there are currently some delays in delivery so estimated delivery times may be increased. If you have any questions, just ask! Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship orders outside of Europe. If you are unsure if we can ship to your country, please don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
We aim to process and ship each order within 2 working days of receipt, but please allow up to 7 days for made to order items. If you require an order dispatching quickly, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be able to quote estimated priority delivery costs.
Please note that for some international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and the customer is responsible for these. International orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email listing your order number and the item you wish to return to email@example.com within 30 days of the original order. Once we have authorised the return, we will send you the return shipping address.
Please ensure your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it. This includes being in its original packaging if applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £50, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the returns of any earrings.
If you have requested a refund for your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
As long as the item is in a re-sellable condition, the refund amount for the item will be issued to the card used for the original order. Unfortunately original shipping charges cannot be refunded. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back in your account.
If you have yet to receive the funds back into your account after this time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the delay.
If you would like to return an item and have it exchanged for a different product, please send an email listing your order number, the item you wish to return and the item you would like in exchange to email@example.com
Once we have confirmed that we can exchange the items we will send you an email authorising the exchange and the return shipping address for your item.
You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage as well as to pay for the cost of shipping the new item out to you. You will also need to pay for any difference in price between the two items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Unfortunately items can occasionally get damaged in transit. If you find there to be a problem with your order on its arrival, please get in touch as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will always endeavor to rectify any problems with orders by either refunding or replacing any damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible. If we require a damaged item to be returned to us we will cover the cost of the return postage.
